Rostered patients will have access to the following services:

• Access to Tuesday same day "urgent care" appointments.
• Prescription renewals by fax.
• Telemedicine support / advice (when applicable).
• Email access with our office and physician.
• When appropriate same day urgent appointments and triage as needed.
• Access to the FHO After Hours Clinic from 5-8 nightly.  Our FHO Colleagues will have access to your medical files on line at the office offering you excellent urgent after hours care which also ensures our office receives a report afterwards.

Non-Rostered patients will have access to the following services:

• Non-rostered patients can still be a patient at this office for non-urgent care but you will no longer have access to any of the above mentioned services.
• Walk-in clinics will be your URGENT CARE.
