• Zostavax Vaccine (Shingles) - OHIP covered between 65-70
  • ZOSTAVAX should be administered as a single 0.65 mL dose.
• Shingrix Vaccine (Shingles)
  • 2 doses of recombinant zoster vaccine (RZV) (Shingrix) 2-6 months apart to adults aged ≥50 years regardless of past episode of herpes zoster.
• Prevnar Vaccine (Pneumoccocal)
  • Prevnar 13 is to be administered as a four-dose series at week 2, 4, 6 and finally at 12-15 months of age.
• Twinrix Vaccine (Hepatitis A and B)
  • Standard TWINRIX dosing is 3 vaccine doses over a span of 6 months. You choose the date for the first dose. The second dose is 1 month after the first and the last dose is 6 months after the first. A 4-dose rapid schedule is also available for adults 19 years and older.
• Gardasil 9 Vaccine (HPV)
  • Age 9 through 14 years receive a 2-dose at 0, 6 to 12 months or 3-dose at 0, 2, 6 months.
  • Age 15 through 26 years receive a 3-dose at 0, 2, 6 months.
